Michelle Kohanloo

 

Ms. Kohanloo’s current practice focuses on representing individuals and small businesses in the areas of landlord-tenant law (residential and commercial real estate) and general civil litigation matters. Her prior experience includes working with diverse clients in areas such as immigration, medical marijuana regulatory compliance and licensing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and real estate conveyancing where she represented buyers, sellers and lenders in all aspects of the closing process – from negotiating purchase and sale agreements to finalizing conveyancing and financing documents to ensure a smooth transaction.

As a law student, Ms. Kohanloo interned at Neighborhood Legal Services as a law clerk for the family law unit, serving low-income and elderly clients in Essex and Northern Middlesex counties.

Ms. Kohanloo received her J.D. at New England Law | Boston and her B.S. from Boston University, and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Federal District Court of Massachusetts.
